Deena Cromer is a passionate and driven luxury real estate specialist. Growing up in New York instilled a hustle and bustle mentality that still permeates with Deena today. Deena has her Real Estate license in both Florida and New York which gives her a natural feeder market in today’s world with so many New York residents relocating to Florida.

 

Deena understands the needs of her clients and takes pride in getting to know them so that she can tailor their home sale or purchase experience to their distinct needs, which is also a reflection of her 10+ years of fashion industry experience in NYC. With a career that has been built on hard work, efficiency, and integrity, Deena is able to strike the almost impossible balance of maintaining a soft, professional approach while still remaining a tenacious, personable advocate for her clients that’s never afraid to go the extra mile to assist in closing the transaction successfully. Today, Deena specializes in South Florida's luxury homes and estates from Miami Beach to Palmetto Bay with a special focus on the communities of Coconut Grove, South Miami, Coral Gables, Pinecrest, and Palmetto Bay. Weekends for Deena often include checking out the market offerings in these beautiful cities with her partner, Marilyn Cromer who is a seasoned real estate sales professional with more than 35 years of experience. When she is not working, Deena enjoys spending time with her family and friends and giving back to her community through various volunteer efforts. Deena attended Indiana University in Bloomington where she studied Fashion Merchandising and Business.
