Spring Signals in Miami Real Estate
April in Miami is a great time of year. The weather is still beautiful, the city is buzzing, and there’s always something fun going on. From Miami Beach Pride and the Miami Film Festival to outdoor dining, beach days, and spring events around town, it’s that perfect window before the summer heat sets in. On the real estate side, activity is picking up as we move through the spring market. We’re seeing more options come online, while demand remains strong, especially for homes that are well priced and show well. With major events like the Miami Grand Prix around the corner, there’s also added attention from out-of-town buyers and renters. As always, I’m here if you need anything at all, real estate-related or otherwise.

Coco’s Corner:
Hi! It’s me, Coco!
We live in Miami so we’re pretty much always outside, which is why I think it’s really important to help take care of the Earth! I learned that instead of just throwing things away, we can recycle them or give them to other people. It’s like sharing your stuff and helping the planet at the same time!
Here are some easy things I learned:
- Don’t throw out old clothes and shoes someone else might love them!
- Plastic bags go back to the store, not in the regular trash
- Phones, cords, and batteries need special recycling
- Squish your boxes so they don’t take up too much space
- And if you’re not sure… just leave it out so you don’t mess up the recycling
Also, Earth Day is this month and there’s a really fun party called EarthFest with music, crafts, and lots of fun stuff about helping the planet. I really want to go.
Let’s help take care of the Earth because it’s our home!
