FLORIDA’S BUSINESS BOOM IS SHOWING UP IN THE MARKET

You can feel it in the market right now - and spring is amplifying it. Florida is being called the best state to start a business in 2026, and South Florida keeps attracting companies, capital, and executives. Spring is typically the strongest season for real estate, and this year the momentum is undeniable. For sellers, that means a deeper pool of qualified buyers. For buyers, well-priced homes move quickly, so strategy and timing are essential.

THE WOMEN WHO BUILT MIAMI

In honor of Women's History Month, we're celebrating the powerhouse women who laid the foundation for the city we know today. Julia Tuttle brought Flagler's railroad south, transforming Miami from frontier outpost to booming city. Mary Brickell helped develop what became the Brickell financial district. And Marjory Stoneman Douglas spent decades fighting to protect the Everglades, changing how the world saw South Florida's natural landscape. Miami wouldn't exist without them.
