TRIM notices outline your property’s assessed value, exemptions, and proposed taxes for the year. Since these determine your property tax bill, review them closely and act quickly if you see an error:

- Submit your petition for review
- If needed, file with the Value Adjustment Board (VAB)
After September 16, 2025, the amount on your November tax bill can’t be changed.

Regal Falls Theatre at 9000 SW 136th St. closed July 14 for final renovations, converting the 5,550-square-foot space into Regal Bistro at The Falls dine-in theater, reopening late summer.
Fontainebleau Unveils Water Park Revamp
Fontainebleau is set to begin major water park renovation in early 2026, adding 11 waterslides, a 120-foot slide, family zones, and new pools, reopening in 2027 while the hotel remains operational during construction.
