BODYTIQUE BRINGS A NEW TAKE ON PILATES TO SOUTH MIAMI
We spoke with Stephanie Escalona, Miami native, Pilates instructor, and founder of Bodytique, a new South Miami studio offering heated and non-heated Pilates, Sculpt, and Cardio Sculpt classes. Drawing on her background in corporate finance and wellness, she created Bodytique as a space for movement, connection, and community.
What classes will Bodytique offer?
We’ll offer three signature formats: Pilates, Pilates Sculpt, and Pilates Cardio Sculpt, which together make up the Bodytique Method. Each one will be available in both infrared-heated and non-heated options, so you can choose what feels right for you that day.
What makes Bodytique different from other Pilates studios?
I wanted Bodytique to feel like more than a place to take a class. Every detail, from the design and music to the workout formats and overall atmosphere, was considered to create something elevated, approachable, and community-driven.
How are you creating a sense of community?
Community is at the heart of Bodytique. We’ll build that through events, workshops, wellness experiences, collaborations, and opportunities to connect beyond the studio.
Why South Miami?
South Miami has always felt like home to me. I grew up nearby, spent so much time here growing up, and later taught Pilates right in the neighborhood, so it felt like the natural place for the first Bodytique.
